DHHH’s Director of Operations (DOO) holds an Advanced Practice Registered Nursing (APRN) degree and has over 15 years of healthcare experience in various settings, including hospitals, home health, hospice, and insurance companies. She is certified to train in CPR/First Aid and medication administration. She ensures that all Direct Support Staff (DSP) are confident in the care they are assigned to provide.
